By downloading, installing, or using the Siwl mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Siwl is a car management application that allows users to:

• Track and manage their vehicles
• Record and categorize expenses (fuel, maintenance, insurance, etc.)
• Store and manage vehicle-related documents
• Monitor vehicle performance and costs over time

To use Siwl, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

When using Siwl, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Use the App only for its intended purpose of vehicle management
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or tamper with the App
• Not use the App for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Not upload malicious content or attempt to compromise the service

All content, features, and functionality of the Siwl App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are the exclusive property of Siwl and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of all data and content you input into the App. By using the App, you grant Siwl a limited license to process and store your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

We will not sell, share, or distribute your personal data to third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

Siwl is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Siwl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed from our servers.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
